The project involves constructing a 3 storey mixed-use development. The development will consist of 10 apartments and a medical centre. The medical centre will occupy the ground level of the building and will have a total area of 130 square meters. Levels 1 and 2 of the building will have a total of 5 apartments on each level, including: 1 x 1 bedroom apartment. 3 x 2 bedroom apartments. 1 x 3 bedroom apartment. A lift will be installed for easy access to all levels of the building. The building will have a metal balustrade, a tiled roof, and concrete finish walls. Car parking facilities will be provided for 15 vehicles. Additionally, 5 bicycle spaces will also be provided. Associated landscaping will also be included in the project.

The proposed development includes the demolition of all existing structures and tree removal. Earthworks will comprise cut & fill and retaining walls, as well as excavation for construction. The mixed use residential development will include 64 residential apartments on 2 to 4 levels, a supermarket, 10 retail premises (medical centre & chemist/bottle shop), plus two levels of basement car parking with 226 vehicle spaces, 70 bicycle spaces and motorcycle storage. Landscaping works are also included in the project scope.

The approved development includes the construction of a 6-building mixed-use development. Stages 1 and 2 include the construction of buildings that will include 236 apartments with the following configurations: 43 one bedroom apartments. 145 two bedroom apartments. 38 three bedroom apartments. 10 four bedroom apartments. The development will also include a 100-place child care centre and the entire development will have 13 commercial tenancies across 2600sqm. Car parking for 512 vehicles will be located in 3 basement levels and there will also be space for 110 bikes and 14 motorbikes.

A new residential building will be constructed, which will have between 10 to 18 stories. The building will comprise 101 apartments. 24 x two-bedroom apartments. 76 x three-bedroom apartments. 1 x four-bedroom apartment. The ground floor of the building will be used for retail and commercial purposes, including a cafe. The building will also have various amenities such as an outdoor gym, wellness lawn, pool, steam and sauna rooms, outdoor lounge and dining areas. Community open spaces will be available at the ground level, 11th, 12th, and 15th floors. The building will have features such as aluminium-framed windows, green reflective glass, concrete columns, walls, and soffit. Basement car parking will be available for 177 vehicles, and 16 visitor parking spots and 127 bicycle parking spaces will be available on the ground level. The project will also involve extensive landscaping, including 1,633 square meters of deep planting and green walls.

The proposed development seeks to clear trees, demolish existing buildings and reorganise the land into 21 residential lots. Townhouses are proposed to have the following configurations: 9 x two bedroom. 11 x three bedroom. 1 x four bedroom. 35 on-site car parks are included in the plans as well as associated landscaping plans.
