The project involves the demolition of existing building and structures, as well as excavation below ground level for basement parking, storage, utilities and services. A part 6-7/part 8 storey mixed use residential building is to be constructed with 20 units and 69.78sq m of retail floor space included. The development also includes car parking for 15 vehicles along with associated landscaping works.

The development will remove existing structures on site and construct a 14-storey mixed-used development. It will include 117 apartments. Basement-level car parking will include enough space for 158 vehicles.
