The existing surface car park will be demolished. Two buildings will be constructed over a two-storey podium. Building A will have 20 storeys and will contain 550 apartments, including 258 one-bedroom, 279 two-bedroom, and 13 three-bedroom units. Building B will have 24 storeys and will be a Build-to-Rent development with 325 apartments, including 152 one-bedroom, 66 one-bedroom plus study, and 13 three-bedroom units. Both buildings will be constructed using concrete and will have aluminium-framed windows and doors, tinted grey and blue glazing, aluminium-framed balustrades, and metal screens. The car park will span three basement levels and four podium levels, accommodating 1,145 vehicles. Landscaping will be included as part of the project.
