Vantage Point Projects is a Melbourne-based property development company specialising in creating boutique communities and luxury living spaces. One of their more recent developments is the Elk Apartments located at 5 Nepean Highway in Elsternwick, which features 55 residences spread across five floors. The facade also incorporates a palette of natural materials, including polished concrete, timber, metal, and glass. Another current project is Highgreen, located at 1457 High Street in Glen Iris, which features 30 two and three-bedroom residences.
