Sun Property Group is a property development company that was established in 2010 by company director Wayne Sun. Sun specialise in residential and mixed-use property developments. They liaise with architects, designers, builders and other property development professionals to create properties that are ethical and symbiotic with their environment. A recent project initiated by Sun is a single, four-floor mid-rise building with 19 residencies addressed at 12-14 Grosvenor Street in Neutral Bay. Sun has also produced a five-floor, mid-rise, mixed-use complex containing 15 residencies with retail facilities also attached. This development is  located at 36-40 Spit Road in Mosman.
