Poly Developments Australia is a diversified property developer with a portfolio of residential and commercial projects in multiple stages of construction across New South Wales and Victoria. Poly Australia is the Australian arm of Poly Global. Poly Australia began in Sydney in January 2015 with six staff members and has expanded to over 80 employees over the states of New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland in the last four years. Poly Australia is in various stages of producing a number of significant residential developments across the Eastern seaboard of Australia. Some of the company's recent projects include the Summit Apartments at 9-11 Williamsons Road in Doncaster and 12-24 Stanley Street in Kogarah. The company's latest project is the Poly Horizon in NSW which is Australia's first large-scale development in Epping. The development features 501 apartments across three buildings in the Epping centre, offering one, two, three and studio bedroom apartments.
