One of their recent developments is 26 apartments, including two rooftop penthouses at 835 High Street from Carr Design. Moda is also in the development of 21 Riversdale Road in Hawthorn, a low-rise that features 22 residences built across four floors with dark brickwork, recycled timber soffits, and vertical timber battens.
