Backed by Moda Corp developers and Ewert Leaf architects, Timeless is set to make its mark on the sophisticated suburb of Elsternwick. A testament to its name, the Timeless building skillfully walks the line between contemporary design and respect for the past. 

With 13 residences across four levels, this low-rise hosts an exquisite facade inspired by the timeless architectural works of Frank Lloyd Wright. The building employs charcoal brick and local bricklaying methods, providing a nod to Art Deco and post-war brickwork, while reflecting the predominant character of Elsternwick. Integrating natural timbers with metal cladding, the exterior is a fusion of modern and time-honoured elements that delivers a thoughtful addition to the suburb’s architectural heritage.
