One of the most boutique developments to launch in Wollongong for several years has hit the market.

Mind Property has teamed up with Insight Development Group to deliver <a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/new-apartments/coast-wollongong-1-church-street-wollongong-nsw-2500">COAST</a>, just 12 luxury apartments in a sculptural nine-level building toward the northern end of the suburb.

Daniel Kostovski of Rise Projects, who is selling COAST, says there is a lot of local interest from those with ties to Wollongong.

"They’ve either remained here or are planning on returning from Sydney," Kostovski says.
