Park Avenue Residences

The existing buildings and trees will be demolished to make way for 4 new residential buildings.

There will be 314 apartments in total, ranging from studios to 5-bedroom apartments.

Each building will have its own private terraces.

The exterior of the buildings will feature concrete, sandstone, light and medium brick, as well as a range of metal cladding in neutral and earthy tones.

A new road will also be constructed on the site.

Basement car parking for 542 vehicles is included in the plans.
