Hyecorp has begun constructing their latest Lower North Shore development, Audrey.&nbsp;

Located at&nbsp;13-19 Canberra Avenue, the St Leonards project will deliver 81 apartments across 12-storeys upon completion, a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.&nbsp;

As a part of the Hyecorp Group,&nbsp;North Shore Property Construction have been the exclusive builder of all Hyecorp’s luxury apartment projects since 2009, amassing a portfolio of award-winning projects throughout their time including&nbsp;Sevana in Lane Cove and Sienna in Willoughby.&nbsp;

North Shore Property will incorporate all the signature design elements of Hyecorp within the build of the residences, including study and multipurpose room options.&nbsp;

The demand for residential development in Sydney's suburbs has been on the rise, particularly in the Lower North Shore area, as more and more Sydneysiders look for a place to call home outside the city centre.

St Leonards in particular has been a hot prospect for many, given its connectivity and proximity to the CBD, without the price tag of the city or the eastern suburbs.

Developer New Hope Evergreen, who has history in the suburb having developed The Landmark just a few years ago, have just launched their new apartment project.

In relation only by name, they're now selling The Landmark Quarter, a collection of three towers on Marshall Avenue, about 500 metres away from the completed The Landmark.

Renowned architecture firm Rothelowman has designed the trio of towers in The Landmark Quarter, which will offer a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a handful of four-bedroom penthouses. There's also a small number of townhomes, sculpted to sync with the harbour's edge.

Many of the apartments benefit from city and harbour views, which can be taken in from either the balcony or living area, given all apartments have floor-to-ceiling glass doors to the balcony.

The townhouses have three bedrooms, each with their own private entrance. The homes are crafted with herringbone timber floors and sweeping natural stone, bestowing a timeless quality to the signature private homes.
