It reinforces Point Frederick’s growing reputation as the Point Piper of the Central Coast, said selling agent, Geoff Tilden, of Raine &amp; Horne Gosford. 
It was sold by the Central Coast businessman, John Clack, and his wife Caroline to a downsizer from Kenthurst.
