In 1999 he bought a three-bedroom unit off the plan in the Gerry Nettleton-designed Villa Nette, at <a href="https://www.rwnoosa.com.au/buy/property-display/3-bedroom-apartment-noosa-heads,458" target="_blank">2/56 Park Road, Noosa Heads</a>, for $1.9 million.
