The property was last sold in 2007, when it was secured for $1,028,000.
Kim Watts, from Ray White Parkes, listed the sale.
It can be purchased as a whole or separately with expressions of interest closing November 5.
Owners Tim and Jenny Webb have listed the property at <a href="https://www.propertyobserver.com.au/https://raywhiteparkes.com.au/properties/rural/nsw/forbes-2871/mixed-farming/2167063" target="_blank">125 North Condobolin Road, Forbes</a> to enable the expansion of their merino breeding enterprise which has moved in another direction.
