Developer ID_Land’s Yarraville Place, a new community development of 98 townhomes, has successfully sold 93 per cent of their stock with only six homes left on the market.

As Melbourne’s property market paves its way toward recovery, now may be the best time to secure a new home before rates of profit-making sales improve in the coming quarters and prices rise.

Last week, all eleven Woodlea townhomes were snapped up within hours after being launched to market, and by the weekend Yarraville Place had sold 50% of 55 townhomes in the first week of sales.
