Townhouse developer Sunstone Projects identified an ideal spot in Melbourne's Blackburn to develop their boutique townhouse project, Myrtle.

Myrtle, just four townhouses on Canterbury Road, is conveniently located just a few hundred metres from Forest Hill Chase shopping mall, while also backing onto Mason Road Basin Reserve.

Myrtle was crafted as a version of a modern Australian homestead.

The four-bedroom townhomes fuse lifestyle, luxury and location together, set amid an array of recreational and retail offerings and an abundance of green spaces and schools.

Myrtle showcases classic gable pitched roofs and double brick walls, with cathedral-like ceilings opening up to the upper-level living areas.

The staircases within the homes feature a void that maximises natural light and encourages a sense of flow throughout. Extensive open-plan living areas further enhance the overall liveability of the homes, providing direct access to spacious backyards.

Designed to cater to the art of entertaining, the flow from indoor to outdoor spaces ensures that each residence is a haven for hosting guests. Generous living areas and private landscaped sections offer ample room for social gatherings, with the kitchens positioned as the heart of the homes.

Each is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, while the bedrooms act as a retreat from the entertaining zones.

The homes also benefit from concealed central heating and cooling systems, as well as private parking and separate entry points.
