Sydney rich-lister Ian Malouf has launched a sales campaign for the three-level spread atop his completed Broadbeach apartment development, REMI Residences.

The REMI Residences penthouse on Surf Parade spans 1,200 sqm and features six bedrooms, two of which are in a self-contained apartment, and a wine cellar with a dedicated tasting room.

The private rooftop is the standout, complete with a swimming pool and a rooftop pickleball court, the first in the world.

“This development reflects what we like in our yachts and residences in scale, design, finishes and artwork," Malouf said.

"Our objective was to create a world-class penthouse."

Highland agent Hanan Cawley says there is no completed luxury penthouse product of this calibre currently available in the central Gold Coast.

“This is a rare chance to experience and purchase an ultra-luxury residence that is not just conceptual, but fully complete and ready to occupy.”

REMI Residences, completed last year, features a suite of five-star amenities including spa treatment rooms, saunas and steam rooms, hot and cold plunge pools, and a 15-metre lap pool.

David Highland, CEO of Highland Property, said the REMI penthouse is one of the most remarkable penthouses he's seen anywhere in the world.

“It’s not just the size and scale—it’s the lifestyle, the finish, the readiness. Ian’s created something truly iconic here.”
