Sherpa launches Flourish Oasis apartments in Palm Beach
Leading Gold Coast developer, Sherpa Group, has officially launched the $68 million Flourish Oasis, marking the group’s next chapter in the Flourish story, as they drive the transformation of Palm Beach.
Situated on an 810 sqm site, Flourish Oasis will continue the brand’s legacy, delivering more residential options to a region where demand is quickly outpacing supply.
Flourish Oasis will deliver 47 corner apartments, in two- and three-bedroom layouts filled with natural light, catering to local downsizers and families. Apartments start from $990,000.
“We are thrilled to have launched Flourish Oasis, marking the launch of our second Flourish project in Palm Beach,” said Christie Leet, founder of Sherpa Group.
“Oasis will be a more boutique building with protected ocean views to the north, which is extremely rare in Palm Beach. It’s amazing to see Oasis resonate with so many, having already received a strong pre-launch inquiry, with 600 people already on the waitlist.”
Palm Beach is undergoing a period of transformation, where a flood of lifestyle buyers and a shortage of new projects have made it one of the most undersupplied markets in the city, with the suburb needing more than triple its supply to meet the growing demand.
A recent report from Urbis highlighted that the Palm Beach catchment will require 382 new dwellings each year to cater to the population growth but estimates that only 119 new apartments are currently available across the southern coastal area, with just eight per cent of them located at Palm Beach, pushing prices up to an average weighted sale price of $2.25 million.
Leading the charge to deliver more attainable residential options is Sherpa Group, which has quickly become the most active developer in Palm Beach, with more than $42 million invested into four sites over the past 12 months under the Flourish brand, including Amargo, Ovana, and the just-launched Oasis.
“Our Flourish brand has been created to deliver design-led lifestyle-focused apartments, catered to locals who have struggled to enter or stay in the Palm Beach market,” added Leet.
“Oasis will continue the strong momentum of Amargo, delivering new energy into Palm Beach, providing homes that seamlessly blend comfort and sophistication, whilst building a community that can thrive.”
Residents will have access to premium roof-top amenities with sweeping beach views, including a pool, gym, barbecue facilities, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunges and spa.
Sherpa Group have undertaken 16 projects on the Gold Coast since 2018, with the launch of Oasis, following closely behind the group’s successful debut in Brisbane with Symphony, which has sold 73 per cent of its units within one week of launching.
Construction is expected to commence on Oasis in January 2026 by LPS Group, with completion slated for late 2027.
