Why downsizers are attracted to Cammeray's Riserva apartments
Riserva Cammeray, the luxury Sydney project from developer Pierce Property, has seen half of its residences snapped up by owner-occupiers before construction starts.
The boutique development on the lower north shore with sweeping views of Middle Harbour has been described as an ultimate downsizer/empty-nester opportunity.
“Like the fine wine which is its namesake, Riserva Cammeray will boast timeless design, as well as unparalleled quality, nestled in natural sanctuary between two premium golf courses,” Mansour said.
“Downsizers from the Upper and Lower North Shore who are looking for a ‘lifestyle’ change will be the perfect fit, he said."
Riserva Cammeray has been designed by DKO Architecture to consider its natural surroundings.
The three bedroom apartment prices start from $2.29 million and prices start for two bedroom apartments start from $1.6 million, although only a few two bedders remain.
Every apartment in the five level development, located top of the crest between Carter Street and Cammeray Road, has a balcony or outdoor entertaining space.
“We’ve already received strong interest among existing residents in the Upper and Lower north shore wanting to downsize and be closer to the city while simultaneously enjoying the quiet and tranquillity that Cammeray as a harbourside suburb offers," Mansour added.
