The project will involve the demolition of all existing structures on the site and the removal of four trees. A new 5-storey residential building will be constructed, which will include a total of 15 one-bedroom, 19 two-bedroom, 4 three-bedroom, and 1 four-bedroom apartments. The development will feature communal open space for residents to use. Car parking will be available in the basement and lower ground floor, with a total of 51 parking spaces for vehicles. Landscaping will also be included as part of the project.

The project involves the demolition of existing structures and construction of a 7 storey mixed-use residential development. The development will comprise ground floor commercial spaces, 18 one bedroom apartments, 36 two bedroom apartments and seven three bedroom apartments as well as rooftop communal open spaces. It will feature palisade balustrade, powdercoated window hoods, awning window & door frames and brick wall finishes. There are also two levels of car parking for 82 vehicles including 9 commercial vehicle bays and 13 visitor spaces.

226 apartments will be constructed. The apartments will be in four 6/7 storey residential buildings above a podium. The apartments will consist of 14 studios, 84 one-bedroom, 116 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units. At least 50% (113 apartments) will be designated affordable housing units. Pacific Community Housing will manage the affordable housing units. The ground level podium will have approximately 6,150sq m of non-residential uses, including ancillary convenience retail and medical facilities. A public park of 1,290sq m will be constructed. There will be a podium rooftop communal open space. A rear laneway will connect Drummond Street to Anderson Street. Car parking will be available over 3 basement levels for 496 vehicles.

The buildings will include a total of 23 dual-key apartments, 9 one-bedroom apartments, 8 two-bedroom apartments, and 16 three-bedroom apartments. There will be a communal open space of 1078 square meters. Access to the buildings will be provided through lifts and stairs. A car park will be available with space for 80 vehicles, including 6 accessible spots, and 61 bicycle spaces. The project will include 673 square meters of deep soil for landscaping purposes.
