Honest raw materials, and soft curves fused with strong vertical lines, produce a building of timeless beauty.

Boutique in scale with only 45 apartments, most of the floorplates are designed to only have 4 apartments per floor, designed with natural light, cross-ventilation and views from dual aspects and orientations.

Inspired by the Art Deco spirit of modernity, Portman House is an example of refined design, taking a palette of luxe materials and turning them into an immersive work of art for living well.
