Western residential precinct: up to 62m in height, including 2m allowances for lift overruns and plant rooms on the roof of towers. Eastern residential precinct: up to 77m in height, including 2m allowances for lift overruns and plant rooms on the roof of towers. Providing a boulevard to connect the site to the city center over a new pedestrian footbridge, with the boulevard running through the center of the site and providing access to Hillier Oval and the Whitlam Leisure Centre.
