• The development will include a total of 47 units
• At least 50% of the units (236 units) will be designated as affordable housing units
• The affordable housing units will be managed by Pacific Community Housing
• The development will include through-site links and a central publicly accessible open space
• There will be rooftop communal open space
• Multi-level basement car parking will be provided.
