The low-rise building has been designed by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/architects/ritz-ghougassian">RITZ&amp;GHOUGASSIAN</a>, distinguished by a robust, textured concrete façade, with horizontal planes designed to frame views of the neighbourhood and gardens by landscaper Acre.&nbsp;

The interiors have been curated by&nbsp;<a href="https://www.apartments.com.au/interior-designers/georgina-jeffries">Georgina Jeffries</a>, who has brought a&nbsp;refined and neutral material palette to the homes, complemented by generous ceiling heights and layouts that prioritise both functionality and comfort.&nbsp;
