Property developer Keith Levett, the director of Kitchen World Australia, and his wife, Jillian, have listed their Dolans Bay residence with boatshed and jetty for July 1 expressions of interest.

The five-bedroom house sits on the 2950 sq m Port Hacking Road estate that incorporates the 1930s mansion, Windemere, the former Sisters of Mercy convent which Levett bought 16 years ago.

Completed 11 years ago, it has been listed by McGrath agent Sean Egan.

In 2007 there were $7.5-million-plus hopes. They are now seeking $6 million plus.

The suburb's record has stood at $3.37 million since 2007.
