Property listings in Hobart decline by 30 percent: CoreLogic

Darwin has the highest decline in the number of new listings in 12 months, according to CoreLogic’s latest weekly report.

The property advisory firm says that the number of new listings in 12 months in Darwin has declined by 19 percent.

This is in contrast to Canberra where the number of new listings has increased by 10 percent over 12 months.

However the number of total listings in Hobart has fallen by up to 30 percent with Brisbane recording an increase of 13 percent in total listings.
