Family bands together to sell Burwood, Sydney home on large lot

A family has put up for sale a three-home site in Sydney's Burwood spread over 1,833 square metres with approvals in place for a boutique residential development.
The 59 Park Road site comprises three detached dwellings with development application approval.
Zoned R3 Medium Density Residential, the approval allows for a residential complex comprising seven luxury four-bedroom townhouses directly opposite Burwood Park.
Selling agent Stuart Cox of Savills said price expectations are circa $5 million for its November 10 auction.
He expects significant interest from local developers with Sydney’s shortage of housing and rising prices, seeing demand for the inner west dramatically increasing.
Located within Sydney’s Inner West, Burwood is 10 kilometres to the Sydney CBD.
Burwood Plaza Shopping Centre, Burwood Rail Station, Strathfield Railway Station and the sub-regional Burwood Westfield Shopping Centre are all within a 400 metre radius of the site.
