Custom lifting solutions Total Hoists and Cranes heads to Maddington
Custom lifting solutions specialists Total Hoists and Cranes has secured new premises in the Perth industrial suburb of Maddington through Ray White Commercial WA.
Total Hoists and Cranes has leased a 1,506 square metre warehouse/office at 14 Madrid Place, Maddington, in a deal negotiated on behalf of Bolt Nominees Pty Ltd.
Parham said Total Hoists and Cranes was relocating from premises at Welshpool to accommodate its growing business.
Sumner said the property is strategically located in the industrial suburb of Maddington, approximately 16 kilometres from the Perth CBD.
“There is a large hardstand area of approximately 500 square metres and plenty of onsite parking,” he said.
Total Hoists and Cranes has more than 50 years’ experience in developing overhead crane and lifting hoists to suit the Perth construction industry.
The company has taken out a three-year lease at net rental of approximately $100,000 per annum.
