Top 10 sales of the week: RP Data

Not one property on RP Data's list of the top 10 sales of the week this week was in Victoria.

New South Wales dominated the list, with six properties, while Western and South Australia each featured once. Two of the most expensive properties sold this week were in Queensland.

3. 60 Werrina Parade, Blue Bay, NSW, 2261, eight-bedroom house, sold at auction on February 4 for $2 million by McLachlan Partners Long Jetty

4.  48 Wallis Avenue, Strathfield, NSW, 2135, five-bedroom house, sold on February 2 for $1,715,000 by Georges Ellis & Co

5. 4 Yuruga Street, Austinmer, NSW, 2515 four-bedroom house, sold at auction on February 4 for $1.6 million by Ray White Helensburgh
