1,970 new and off the plan developments for sale in Sydney, NSW

The proposal calls for the construction of a 25-storey mixed-use building that will host 214 apartments with the following configurations: 70 one-bedroom apartments, 137 two-bedroom apartments and 7 three-bedroom apartments. Commercial space and two ground floor retail tenancies will be provided and 4 levels of basement car parking will have enough space for 236 vehicles.

The proposed development includes the reconfiguration of various existing retail tenancies at Rouse Hill Town centre. A new basement car park is proposed and likewise, the construction of 4 residential buildings hosting 218 apartments is also proposed. Buildings A and D will have 7 levels with 36 and 38 apartments respectively. Buildings B and C will both be 11 levels high and include 78 and 66 apartments.

Demolition of 2 existing buildings and tree removal. Construction of a 6-storey shop top housing with 3 commercial tenancies (347.62 sq m) and 3 x 1 bedroom, 23 x 2 bedroom, and 5 x 3 bedroom apartments. The exterior will feature face brick, sandstone, and exposed concrete feature walls, aluminium structure pergola, and aluminium sliding horizontal/vertical privacy screens. The building will have 3 levels of basement car parking for 74 vehicles, including 13 commercial, 48 residential, and 13 resident visitor spaces. There will be 213.39 sq m of deep soil and associated landscaping.

The existing dwelling and structures on site will be demolished. The construction project will include building 6 townhouses with 4 bedrooms each and 14 townhouses with 3 bedrooms each. The townhouses will be 3 storeys tall. Two of the townhouses will be adaptable for disabled people and two will be designed for comfortable living. The roofing will be made of colour-coated metal sheets. Flashings, windows, and doors will be made of aluminium frames. Lightweight cladding will be used for the exterior walls. Timber look aluminium batten screens and fences will be installed. The walls will also have face brickwork. The basement will have car parking for 44 vehicles, including 3 accessible bays. A deep soil area of 742.34sq m will be included in the project. Landscaping will cover an area of 891.70sq m.

The approved development will entail a multi-phase development of the Cudgegong town centre that will ultimately build shop-top and high-rise housing. 108 one-bedroom apartments, 294 two-bedroom apartments and 54 three-bedroom apartments.

Demolition of 2 existing buildings. Retention of the facade of a heritage-listed building. Construction of a 9 storey shop top mixed-use development. The development includes 30 apartments: 2 x 2 bedroom and 28 x 3 bedroom. There will be 2 retail tenancies: 133.62sq m and 82.02 sqm. A communal open space of 366.31sq m will be available. Materials used for construction include painted masonry walls, green wall, timber-look cladding, and toughened glass balustrades. The development will have 4 levels of basement car parking, accommodating 70 vehicles and 3 motorbike spaces. Landscaping will cover an area of 124.07 sqm.

The existing dwellings will be demolished. A 5 storey apartment building will be constructed, comprising 10 x 2 & 11 x 3 bedrooms. There will be a private pool on level 1, and 2 private pools on level 5. Aluminium batten screens, horizontal battens, timber panel soffit, clear toughended glass, green walls & masonry walls painted aluminium window & door frames and stone cladding will also be included in construction. Basement car parking over 3 levels for 47 vehicles is planned. Associated landscaping with communal open space including a water fountain is part of the design.
