The proposed project involves the demolition of existing buildings and construction of four 4-8 storey residential buildings. The new development will feature 197 apartments with 33 one bedroom, 140 two bedrooms and 24 three bedroom units. Ground level commercial tenancies are also included in the plan. Exterior finishes include concrete, brick, metal screens and terracotta tile cladding for a modern look. Basement car parking over two levels is provided to accommodate 245 vehicles while landscaping includes communal spaces for residents to enjoy outdoor areas safely together.

Demolition of existing structures is required to make way for a 4 storey shop top housing development.
