1,993 new and off the plan developments for sale in Queensland

A mixed-use development will be constructed within the Olympic precinct. The development will span almost an entire block and include 5 towers. There will be 279 apartments across the development. The total Gross Floor Area (GFA) will be 200,000 sqm. The development will include a 40 storey-plus 5 star international hotel with 320 suites. A residential tower with 165 apartments will also be included. An 18 level short-term accommodation tower will be part of the development. Additionally, there will be a 16-level tower with 114 social & affordable housing units in partnership with community housing provider BlueCHP. The development will also include a 22 level commercial tower with 50,000 sqm of office space. A retail plaza & food & beverage outlets totalling 6000 sqm & 7000 sqm of open & green space will also be included. The Railway Hotel will undergo a full restoration and will include 740 sqm of retail space. The development will also feature a pedestrian link across Stanley Street, providing access to the Cross River Rails Woolloongabba underground station & future Metro station. The project value is estimated at $1.2 billion.
