The project involves the construction of two buildings, Building A and Building B. Building A is a six-storey office building. Building B is a four-storey residential building with a total of 60 apartments: 26 one-bedroom, 24 two-bedroom, and 10 three-bedroom units. The exterior of the buildings will be constructed using brickwork, pre-cast concrete, metal screens, and timber look feature cladding. The development will include basement car parking facilities for 207 vehicles. End of trip facilities will also be included. Associated landscaping will be incorporated into the project.
