17 Hutt Street showcases an articulate architectural form envisioned by celebrated South Australian practice Tridente Boyce, thoughtfully introducing a boutique mid-rise expression to its urban setting. The building employs strategic envelope setbacks, angled geometric wall planes, and varied rooflines that minimise visual bulk while optimising internal daylight and natural ventilation. Within, the well-proportioned residences emphasise functional spatial efficiency, acoustic privacy, and high-performance building fabric tailored for low-maintenance city living.
