Wellbe Properties Pty Ltd

Wellbe Properties was established in 2015 in Sydney, working on small-scale property developments. The group has two locally-based upcoming projects, the first of which will be located at 11 Walter Street in Willoughby. This four-level low-rise will contain 24 residences and 28 car parks upon completion. The second development takes place just down the road at 5-9 Walter Street and will offer a similarly designed building with 29 apartments. Both of the above projects have been designed by Architecture Urbaneia, who regularly works alongside Wellbe.
