Ventus was established in 1993 by Greg Sarkissian and Sam Jabbour, who have a combined background in real estate, marketing, and civil engineering. Ventus are specialists in the development and construction of residential projects with experience in all key areas of property development, including site acquisition, planning, design, project management, and an in-house construction team.   Ventus Group has completed many projects throughout Sydney, mainly on the lower and upper north shore and eastern suburbs. Their most recent developments include 51-53 Kildare Road in Blacktown and 9-13 Goulburn Street in Warwick Farm designed by Urban Link Pty Ltd.
