UFN is a Sydney-based property developer with over a decade of demonstrated capability across the full development lifecycle - from site acquisition and planning through to construction delivery, sales and settlement. UFN's track record extends across six projects comprising 905 homes, including 811 completed residences and a further 94 in the active development pipeline. Its two State Significant Developments, GrandH in Hurstville and The Banks in Rockdale, were delivered through joint ventures with Deicorp. Together, they delivered 763 apartments, six retail premises and a community centre. The portfolio also includes UFN@Epping, Homeland Residences, The Harvey in Moorebank and UFN@Bankstown, demonstrating UFN's capability across mixed-use precincts, boutique apartment buildings and townhouse communities.
