	<li>Additionally, there will be a 16-level tower with 114 social &amp; affordable housing units in partnership with community housing provider BlueCHP.</li>
	<li>The development will also include a 22 level commercial tower with 50,000 sqm of office space.</li>
	<li>A retail plaza &amp; food &amp; beverage outlets totalling 6000 sqm &amp; 7000 sqm of open &amp; green space will also be included.</li>
	<li>The Railway Hotel will undergo a full restoration and will include 740 sqm of retail space.</li>
	<li>The development will also feature a pedestrian link across Stanley Street, providing access to the Cross River Rails Woolloongabba underground station &amp; future Metro station.</li>
