TOPGAN

Topgan was established in 2009 in Melbourne but has previous experience in developing high rise projects in China for 20 years beforehand. Topgan focuses on residential and mixed-use projects, having worked with numerous designers, planners, and project managers. Their director Fei Gan has a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Property along with a wide range of experience in the property and construction industries. He also specialises in development management. Topgan is currently developing a nine-level mid-rise called Brilliant Hawthorn at 30 Lilydale Grove in Hawthorn East and a seven-level mid-rise called Windsor Terrace at 172 High Street in Windsor. Windsor Terrace is designed by Hayball and features 68 apartments spread across seven floors with a ground-level that will feature boutique retailers.
