Starryland Australia is a local division of the Chinese publicly listed company, Fuxing Huiyu Real Estate Co Ltd. The company works with Australia’s leading architects and interior designers on resort-style living to prestige residential towers. Starryland Australia’s parent company, Fuxing Huiyu Real Estate Company Ltd, was established in 2001; as a subsidiary of China Hubei Fuxing Science and Technology Co Ltd.  Fuxing Huiyu develops more than 1 million square metres of property annually and has a land bank of approximately 13 million square metres making the company one of China’s largest property developers. As at the end of 2016, the company’s total assets were RMB 45 billion.  Their most recent Australian development is Promenade, located at 2 Morton Street in Parramatta.
