Fabric is a collection of contemporary apartments curated by one of Australia’s most revered design studios. Located in a vibrant cultural precinct, these homes offer a timeless expression of design, natural beauty and honest materiality, within easy reach of the CBD.

The kitchen is appointed with timeless marble surfaces, sleek European appliances and cleverly concealed storage options, making it a dream for cooking and entertaining. The living area is sophisticated, yet homely, with an opulent integrated fireplace, beautifully crafted stone plinth and generous display shelves.

The walls have been lightly textured to create an added layer of depth, and the large terrace extends the living space into the outdoors.

The walls of soaring windows allow light to flood into the living spaces and provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the city skyline and heritage rooftops. Fabric's light-filled spaces create an unparalleled indoor-outdoor living experience.

Designed with outdoor living in mind, Fabric features expansive terraces and courtyards surrounded by textured foliage and established trees. The large communal roof terrace, equipped with alfresco dining amenities and integrated seating, provides the ultimate entertaining space with an iconic backdrop of the city skyline.
