Salvo Property Group is a real estate developer and manager that focuses on affordable luxury apartments in landmark buildings in capital cities and neighbourhood centres. Over the last ten years, they have delivered in excess of 3,000 apartments worth more than $1.5 billion.
Salvo Property Group provide architects, builders, interior designers, space planners and marketers that handle the designing and construction of their apartments and amenities, while also managing the maintenance and renting as well as the re-sale if necessary
Salvo is currently working on a 16-level high-rise called Bond Quarter at 386 Spencer Street in West Melbourne as well as a nine-level mid-rise called 33 North at 33 Racecourse Road in North Melbourne. The companies most recently completed project is one of the world’s most extensive vertical gardens, the Platinum, located on City Road Southbank, a $290 million project comprising of 437 residential apartments and ground-floor retail over 53 levels.
