119 Greenhill Road presents an impeccably composed boutique residential address brought to life by developer Rinaldi Group and the design team at ADS Architects. Rising seven storeys, the mid-rise form delivers an exceptionally low-density footprint, accommodating just two sanctuaries per level across the lower floors before culminating in expansive whole-floor residences above. Generous dual-aspect glazing, integrated perimeter landscaping, and tailored acoustic insulation ensure each home maximises natural light while preserving uncompromising privacy and thermal comfort.
