Red & Co Developments have been involved in the development of more than 20 residential projects since inception. The core focus of the group is to create affordable inner city residential properties for both sale and long-term investment by the group.

Red & Co utilises typically employs two types of development models. One type is to develop a complex and sell a portion of the product and retain some product and another type is to develop and hold all properties in the complex as a ‘build to rent’ long term investment.
