Raise Projects was established in 2014 by director Ramy Raymond. They are a building and developer company with an open building license that specialise in producing luxury, sustainable residential apartment developments and commercial building projects.

A recent residential project overseen by Raise Projects is a six-level mid-rise complex containing 40 residencies located at 17-21 Wesley Street in Lutwyche.
