The Oxlade showcases refined riverside architecture by bureau^proberts in collaboration with Seymour Group, balancing the generous scale of a private home with contemporary residential prestige. Its sculpted exterior pairs natural stone and bronze metal accents with lush vertical landscaping, maximising cross-ventilation and thermal comfort while framing uninterrupted river outlooks. Internally, a cooling subtropical water spine defines the arrival sequence, leading up to private resident amenities that feature a rooftop heated infinity pool, sunken outdoor lounges, and private wine cellars.
