Perri Projects is a Melbourne-based diversified private investment and property development group that delivers a range of projects, including bespoke apartments and new precincts. Their most recent projects include the 20-level high-rise at 11-21 Bennetts Lane in Melbourne and a 19-level high-rise at 174 Logan Road in Woolloongabba. Perri Projects also has an upcoming development in Carlton Gardens with an end value of $150m, which features 11,000sqm of land scheduled for completion in 2023 located at 23-29 Victoria Street in Melbourne. The project will contain 69 high-end residences with a rooftop garden and luxury amenities, including a lap pool, day spa, as well as a wellness centre and wine rooms all designed by Woods Bagot.
