64-74A River Road delivers an expansive masterplanned precinct conceived by acclaimed architectural practice HDR Rice Daubney in collaboration with developer Payce AE2. Arranged across nine thoughtfully articulated mid-rise pavilions, the architecture draws inspiration from the area's maritime heritage through tactile brickwork, distinctive pitched rooflines, and central landscaped courtyards that optimise natural light and passive cross-ventilation. Within each residence, generous open-plan layouts integrate versatile indoor-outdoor spaces, robust acoustic attenuation, and fluid spatial planning tailored for enduring comfort.
