Nightingale Housing is an initiative that aims to deliver multi-residential housing that is environmentally sustainable, financially affordable, and socially inclusive.   Their unique model includes a set of systems and processes for housing provision that looks to enable licensed architects to develop Nightingale buildings using the learnings and interrogations of architects who have previously designed Nightingale buildings. Some of their more recent developments include the Nightingale Coup located at 24-26 Hope Street in Brunswick and Skye House, located at 1-3 Duckett Street, also in Brunswick.
