Founded in 1996, Nascon creates residential projects in the Sydney precinct led by Managing Director, John Mouawad. Their current developments include the six-level mid-rise called ARX17 located on Moore Street in Moonee Ponds just next to another of their developments titled, the AYA at 15 Moore Street, Moonee Ponds. Nascon also has an upcoming project called Strathfield, which will feature a large, premium floor plan in a studio close to private and public schools, 500m from the Strathfield railway station in Burwood.
